Reggie Fletcher joined the East Central Community College baseball staff in 2025, bringing championship experience and a strong playing resume to the program.

Fletcher was a two-time All-District selection and earned 6A First Team All-State honors during his prep career. He was selected to compete in the prestigious Mississippi Gulf Coast All-Star Game and was a member of the 2018 State Games Championship team. In 2019, he helped lead his team to a State Championship runner-up finish.

At the collegiate level, Fletcher was named an Academic All-American at ECCC, demonstrating excellence both on the field and in the classroom. He was also part of the 2025 Gulf South Conference Tournament Championship team at the University of West Alabama.

Fletcher works primarily with the Warriors’ catchers and assists with recruiting efforts, helping develop talent and build the future of the ECCC baseball program.
