Leah Greer Calvert, a native of Wesson, comes to ECCC Cheer with nearly four years of community college cheer coaching experience. Calvert joined the ECCC Cheer squad in October of 2023 in a co-head coach role, but currently serves as the Spirit Coordinator, where she oversees the Cheer Program and Centralette Dance Team. 

Calvert graduated from Wesson Attendance Center before furthering her education at Copiah-Lincoln Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. Upon graduation, she returned to her alma mater, Co-Lin, where she served as both a college recruiter and assistant cheer coach. Calvert worked with the Wolves cheer squad for two and a half years. 

Calvert now resides in Decatur with her husband, Lucas, and two children, Ruby and Ace.
