DECATUR, Miss. — East Central Community College announced that tailgating will return for all home football games during the 2025 season.

The offering is intended to enhance the game-day experience for fans, alumni and the ECCC community by helping establish tradition.

Tailgating spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each space is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet and located on the southwest side of the field inside the stadium grounds. Fans may set up between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. on game days. Tents, chairs and televisions are permitted, but fans must provide their own generators as electrical outlets will not be available.

Guidelines for tailgating include:

• No alcoholic beverages or tobacco products, including vapes, are allowed on campus, in the stadium or in tailgating areas.

• Fans may bring their own food and drinks, but no outside food or drinks will be allowed into the stadium once gates close.

• All tailgaters must purchase a game ticket to enter the stadium and participate in tailgating.

• Vehicles, ATVs and golf carts will not be permitted inside the stadium. Fans may drop off supplies at the gate for setup and then return to parking.
