Cody Clark serves as the Head Golf Coach at East Central Community College, where he joined the Warriors' program in 2026. A product of Mississippi State University, Clark brings a strong foundation in tournament operations, player development, and golf administration to the role.

Clark is well versed in the professional side of the game, having spent his career working within the PGA structure before arriving at East Central. Prior to joining the Warriors, he served as Tournament Director for the Gulf States PGA in Hammond, Louisiana, where he coordinated more than 30 events annually, managed relationships with 50 sponsorship partners, and helped organize PGA Tour Qualifiers and Q-School alongside PGA Tour Rules Officials. His ability to grow and manage a program was on full display as Tournament Manager, when he boosted tournament participation by 15% through new player opportunities and developed procedures to effectively streamline player registration.

Before his time with Gulf States PGA, Clark gained valuable experience through a PGA Level 3 internship with the PGA of America Championship Department in Port St. Lucie, Florida, where he supported championship operations across six spectator event locations and assisted with administrative, volunteer, and on-course responsibilities at some of the sport's most prestigious events.

Clark's academic preparation mirrors his professional experience. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a concentration in PGA Golf Management from Mississippi State University in December 2023, where he also served as Tournament Director for the Mississippi State PGM program and spent three years on its Tournament Committee — experiences that shaped his understanding of the game at a high level. He holds an Advanced Rules of Golf Certification.
