Meet Raelin Chaffin

A right-handed pitcher and Mississippi State graduate, Raelin Chaffin recently signed a rookie contract with the Athletes Unlimited Softball League's (AUSL) Talons after a standout 2025 season with the Bulldogs. Chaffin dominated the SEC, earning NFCA First Team All-South Region and Second Team All-SEC honors while striking out 205 batters over 191.1 innings.

Her season was highlighted by a historic February sweep of national honors, being named NFCA Pitcher of the Week, SEC Pitcher of the Week, Softball America Star of the Week, and D1Softball.com Pitcher of the Week.

Before transferring to Mississippi State, Chaffin spent three seasons at LSU, where she consistently proved herself against elite competition. She also represented Team USA at the 2021 WBSC U-18 Softball World Cup, helping capture gold on the international stage.

Campers will have the rare chance to learn directly from Chaffin's expertise on the mound, including pitching mechanics, mental toughness, and game-day preparation.

Meet Sierra Sacco

Joining Chaffin at the camp is her former Mississippi State teammate and current Talons outfielder, Sierra Sacco. Known for her dynamic offensive skill set and fiery leadership, Sacco was one of just 12 rookies nationwide drafted into the AUSL after a record-setting final season in Starkville.

The lefty sparkplug batted .450 in 2025 — ranking second in the SEC and top-15 nationally — while leading the Bulldogs in nearly every offensive category, including hits (81), runs (64), doubles (19), home runs (11), and RBIs (49).

Sacco earned First Team All-SEC, First Team NFCA All-South Region, and Softball America First Team All-American honors. She also ranked among the nation's top five outfielders and was a Top 25 finalist for USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year.

In addition to her professional career, Sacco was recently selected for the United States Women's National Team, set to compete in an exhibition series against Australia later this year to advocate for softball's inclusion in the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.

At ECCC's camp, Sacco will bring her trademark energy to outfield instruction, offensive strategy, and baserunning sessions — sharing insights that have powered her success at every level of the game.
