DECATUR, Miss. — Three members of the East Central Community College volleyball team have been recognized among the conference's best, earning All-Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) honors following the 2025 season.
Freshman libero Emily Truan was named to the All-MACCC First Team, while sophomore outside hitter Ainslee Copeland earned Second Team recognition. Freshman setter Anna Wojtczak received Honorable Mention honors.
Truan anchored the Lady Warriors' defense all season, leading the team with 511 digs (5.68 per set) across 90 sets played. She also added 61 assists and 25 service aces, providing stability and leadership in the back row throughout the season.
Copeland was a driving force on offense, finishing with 251 kills (2.82 per set) to go along with 246 digs and 27 service aces. Her consistent two-way performance made her one of the most dependable players in the MACCC.
Wojtczak quarterbacked the ECCC offense with 800 assists (8.08 per set) and contributed 243 digs and 26 aces from the setter position. Her ability to control tempo and distribute effectively helped the Warriors maintain a balanced and efficient attack.
